All of our ‘life’ we practice ‘giving’ and ‘receiving’ – it can be a ‘joy’ to ‘give’ just like to ‘receive.’ Giving helps us ‘feel’ happy and so we can find a ‘common’ good.
When we ‘live’ through our ‘day’ we ‘pass’ through the 3 States: the waking, dream and deep sleep states. These states define the ‘sections’ of our ‘day.’
Hinduism is an Ancient Eastern Religion, or a ‘way’ of ‘life.’ It started thousands of years ago in India and is ‘solid’ with ‘qualities’ & ‘values’ to help make a ‘good’ man!
If we haven’t tried The Meditation yet, it’s certainly ‘worth’ a shot. All we need is a few minutes a day, in the morning or evening (or both), instead of turning on our phone or going online.
